There, he fell in love with Jordanian shawarma and mastered its secrets in the kitchens of Amman, starting from the ground up and working tirelessly to perfect the art of marination and grilling that makes shawarma truly exceptional.
After years of experience in both Middle Eastern and American kitchens, he brought his passion to San Francisco, introducing authentic Jordanian shawarma with an innovative twist. This led to the creation of Fusion Delight Shawarma, his unique take that blends tradition with creativity, offering a flavor experience like no other.
